How Hypnotherapy Can Help

By utilising a combination of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Resource Therapy Lorna has helped many of her clients to enjoy a better quality of life, able to live relatively free from anxiety.

During a session of hypnosis Lorna will help your subconscious mind to reframe its view of the initial sensitising event that in many cases is the root cause of the anxiety. Reframing the initial sensitising event and seeing it in a non objective way helps the anxiety sufferer to see things in a new non threatening way. Following the reframing process, further suggestions can then be given to the subconscious mind to help facilitate change and empowerment which then assists a person to live an anxiety free life.
